Comparing options with FinChat Hub and being connected to a provider costs you nothing. Because there is no charge to you, there is nothing to refund for using our service.
The financial products themselves
FinChat Hub helps you compare and connect with providers, but we do not sell the loans, insurance, savings or investment products ourselves. Those are provided by the banks, insurers and institutions you choose. Any payments, fees, cooling-off periods, cancellations or refunds for a product are handled by that provider under their own terms. If you want to cancel or query a product you have taken up, please contact the provider directly.
For businesses buying lead packages
If you are a financial provider who has bought a lead package from us:
- Lead packages are a digital service. Once qualified leads have been delivered to you, they are generally non-refundable.
- If you were charged in error, or a technical problem stopped us from delivering the leads you paid for, contact us within 7 days and we will put it right, either by delivering the leads or refunding the affected amount.
