What FinChat Hub is
FinChat Hub is a financial-service discovery, qualification and lead-routing platform. We help people begin loan, insurance and investment enquiries on WhatsApp, and help financial-service providers turn those enquiries into structured, qualified opportunities.
What FinChat Hub is not
FinChat Hub is not a bank, insurer, investment manager or financial adviser. We do not approve loans, sell insurance, manage investments, or provide regulated financial advice. We do not guarantee financial-product approval, pricing, returns or eligibility. Financial products and final decisions are provided by independent, licensed financial-service partners.
Where the service is available
FinChat Hub currently helps customers located in Botswana and Zambia. We plan to expand to other Southern African countries over time; until then, the service is not intended for use outside Botswana and Zambia.
How the service works
You tell FinChat Hub what you need on WhatsApp, answer a short set of structured questions, and we organise your answers into an enquiry that is routed to a relevant, independent financial-service partner. That partner — not FinChat Hub — assesses your enquiry and makes any decision about a financial product, subject to its own terms, criteria and processes.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information when using FinChat Hub, and only share information you are comfortable providing. Review each financial-service partner’s own terms and privacy policy before proceeding with an application.
Financial-service partners
Our financial-service partners are independent businesses, responsible for their own products, pricing, decisions, terms and regulatory compliance. FinChat Hub is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a partner, and is not responsible for a partner’s actions, omissions, or outcomes.
No financial advice
Information provided by FinChat Hub is general in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You should seek independent, professional advice before making financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinChat Hub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, or from the decisions, actions, products or conduct of any independent financial-service partner.
Intellectual property
The FinChat Hub name, logo and website content belong to FinChat Hub unless otherwise stated, and may not be used without our permission.
