Discuss a pilot

For lenders, insurers and brokers

Stop chasing prospects. Start converting enquiries.

Your team should spend more time talking to potential customers and less time searching for them. FinChat Hub brings you people who have already asked about your kind of product on WhatsApp, with the details you agreed and their permission recorded.

  • Every enquiry arrives with the customer's consent recorded
  • You accept or reject each lead before you see contact details
  • Lead fees apply only to leads you accept

Your team is good at selling. Let us help with the prospecting.

Spend less time finding prospects

Talk to people who have already asked about a loan, cover or savings on WhatsApp, instead of starting from a cold list.

Start with more useful information

Each enquiry carries the answers your agreed qualification questions collect, such as the amount, term, employer type or cover wanted.

Focus on follow-up and conversion

Accept the leads that fit, contact the customer, and track each one from contacted to completed in your dashboard.

We are inviting selected providers in Botswana to join pilot programmes while customer demand builds. Leads are not exclusive, pre-approved or guaranteed to convert unless your agreement says so: your team still assesses each customer and closes the sale.

How a lead reaches you

  1. A customer asks.

They start on WhatsApp or on finchathub.com and choose a product: a loan, insurance or savings.

  2. We ask your questions.

The chat collects what your criteria need, such as the amount, term, employment type or cover wanted. For loans, the customer sees an indicative estimate, never an offer.

  3. The customer agrees to share.

Nothing reaches you unless the customer agrees to their enquiry going to one provider. We record that consent with a date and the privacy notice version.

  4. You decide.

The lead appears in your dashboard. You accept or reject it within your review window. Accepting shows you the customer's contact details; rejecting sends it back to us at no charge.

  5. You track the outcome.

Move each lead through contacted, qualified, application started and completed, add notes and follow-ups, and see your conversion in reports.

FinChat Hub is a technology and referral platform. We are not a bank, lender, insurer or investment manager, we do not give financial advice, and we never decide on an application. Lead volumes depend on real customer demand, so we do not promise a number of leads or a return.

Test the opportunity before making a bigger commitment

Start with one product category, a target customer profile and your qualification criteria. We agree the following in writing before the first lead, and your team sees the agreed criteria on every lead.

What and where

The product category, the area you cover and the customer profile you want, for example salaried employees in Gaborone.

Questions we ask

The qualification fields the chat collects for you, kept to what you need to decide.

How leads reach you

Your dashboard, with an email alert that carries no personal details. A signed webhook into your own system is possible by arrangement.

What counts as a lead

The definition below, the review window and how disputed leads are handled.

Price and payment

The monthly fee and fee per accepted lead, invoiced monthly and paid by bank transfer.

Duration and review

How long the pilot runs, a review date, and what a successful pilot looks like to you, such as contact and conversion rates.

Following up

How quickly your team contacts customers after accepting, so they are not left waiting.

Consent and data

Every lead carries the customer's recorded consent. We agree what each side is responsible for, and you use customer details only for their enquiry.

At the end of the pilot we review enquiry quality, how many customers your team could reach, your feedback, and whether the economics justify continuing. We do not promise a number of leads: volume depends on real customer demand in your category and area, and we will tell you plainly what we are seeing.

Fees per accepted lead

Most agreements add a fee for each lead you accept, set per product category in your agreement. During the pilot these range from P50 to P200 depending on the product. We do not charge for leads you reject in time, leads you never review, or leads that a review finds invalid. A pay-per-accepted-lead arrangement without a subscription is also possible.

What am I paying for?
Access to your dashboard and FinChat Hub's work finding and qualifying enquiries for the categories you are approved for. The subscription covers the month; lead fees cover leads you accept.
What does "leads offered a month" mean?
The most leads we send you in a month under your plan. It is a ceiling, not a promise: the number depends on how many customers ask for your products.
When is a lead accepted?
When someone on your team presses Accept in the dashboard. That is the only event that creates a lead fee, and each lead can be charged once.
What if no leads come in?
You pay no lead fees. The monthly subscription still applies, because it covers your dashboard and our acquisition work.
How does billing work?
Monthly. We invoice by email at the start of each month for the subscription and the previous month's accepted leads. You pay by bank transfer using the invoice number. Billing status is always visible in your dashboard.
Can I change plan or stop?
Pilot agreements run month to month. Plan changes and cancellations take effect from the next billing month. Your agreement sets out the details.
Zambia?
Partnerships in Zambia are arranged through FinChat Hub Zambia Limited. Apply below and choose Zambia, and we will send the local terms.

Lead acceptance and review rules

What counts as a billable lead

A lead is charged only when your team accepts it in the dashboard, and it should meet all of these:

  • It is for the product and area in your agreement.
  • It includes the qualification fields you agreed.
  • It has a working way to contact the customer.
  • The customer's permission to share it is recorded, with the date and privacy notice version.
  • It is not a duplicate of a lead you already received, within the window in your agreement.
  • It is not obviously fake or outside your agreed criteria.

If an accepted lead turns out to fail one of these, ask for a review within 14 days.

Review window

Each agreement sets how long you have to accept or reject a new lead, usually 48 hours. Leads not reviewed in time go to FinChat Hub's operations team and are not charged.

Rejecting a lead

Choose a reason: duplicate, wrong contact details, outside your criteria or area, no capacity, or not genuine. Rejected leads are never charged and may be offered to another provider.

Reviews after accepting

Within 14 days of accepting, ask us to review a lead if the contact details do not work, it duplicates one you already had, or the customer says they did not ask to be contacted. If the review is upheld, the fee is cancelled or credited.

Outcomes

Your team records contact, application and completion in the dashboard. Reports label these as provider-reported. We never claim a sale was caused by FinChat Hub.

Data protection and consent

  • One provider per enquiry. A customer's details go to one provider at a time, never broadcast to several.
  • Minimum before you accept. You see the request, not the person, until you accept. Lead alerts by email contain no personal details.
  • Use for this enquiry only. Providers agree to use details only to respond to the enquiry, and to respect a customer's request to stop.
  • Records you can show. Consent date, privacy notice version and every action on the lead are kept, with individual sign-ins for your team.

Approval as a FinChat Hub provider is a commercial decision by FinChat Hub. It is not a regulatory endorsement, and providers remain responsible for their own licences and for complying with the law that applies to their products, including data protection and consumer credit and insurance rules.

Questions from providers

Who can apply?
Lenders, insurers, brokers and savings or investment providers that are appropriately licensed or registered for the products they offer. We check this before approving anyone.
How fast can we start?
After approval and a signed agreement, we switch your account on and leads in your approved categories start to reach you as customers ask for them.
Can we use our own systems?
Yes, by arrangement. Accepted leads can be sent to your systems with a signed webhook. Wider API access is planned.
Do customers know who receives their enquiry?
Customers agree to their enquiry being shared with a participating provider. Your team introduces itself when it contacts them.
Who decides on applications and prices?
You do. FinChat Hub's figures are indicative estimates. Approval, pricing and terms are always the provider's decision.

Talk to us about leads

Let's find out if FinChat Hub can bring you more customers

Tell us about your business and the products you offer. We'll discuss whether a FinChat Hub pilot could help you reach more relevant prospects.

We review every enquiry by hand and check licences before anyone goes live. Nothing is agreed until both sides sign.
