How it works
- Answer a few questions. Who pays your salary, your monthly pay and deductions, and how much you would like to borrow.
- See an indicative estimate. In Botswana the chat shows roughly how much you could borrow and over how long, based on what you told us. It is an example, not an offer.
- Decide whether to send it. Only if you agree, your enquiry goes to one participating lender, who contacts you, checks your details and makes the decision.
What the lender decides
The lender, not FinChat Hub, decides whether to lend, how much, for how long and at what cost. Their own checks can give a different answer from the estimate. Always read the lender's quote, including the total amount you will repay, before you sign.
What to have ready
- Your latest payslip, showing your pay and deductions
- Your ID
- Recent bank statements, if the lender asks for them
Our guide What to prepare before asking for a loan quote explains why lenders ask for these.
In Zambia
In Zambia you can ask about personal and business loans in the chat. There is no instant estimate yet: tell us what you need and a participating lender replies on WhatsApp.
Cost to you
Using FinChat Hub is free. Only your normal data charges apply.
