How it works
- Tell us your goal. For example an emergency fund, school fees or retirement, roughly how much you can put aside and for how long.
- Decide whether to send it. Only if you agree, your enquiry goes to one participating savings or investment provider.
- The provider contacts you. They explain their products, fees and risks, and they decide what they can offer you.
What FinChat Hub does not do
We do not give investment advice, recommend a product, hold your money or promise any return. Investments can go down as well as up. The provider is responsible for its products and for explaining them to you.
Questions to ask a provider
- What fees do I pay, and how are they taken?
- When can I get my money out, and is there a penalty or notice period?
- Is any part of the return guaranteed, and by whom?
- What happens if I miss a payment or stop contributing?
- Who regulates you for this product?
