You start on WhatsApp or on finchathub.com and choose what you need: a loan, insurance or savings. The chat asks the questions a provider needs to look at your request.
2. You agree
Before anything is shared, we ask you to agree to your enquiry going to a participating provider. We record when you agreed and which version of our privacy notice you saw. If you do not agree, nothing is shared.
3. One provider contacts you
Your enquiry goes to one provider suited to your request, not to a list. The provider sees what you asked for first, and your contact details once they take your enquiry on. They introduce themselves when they contact you.
4. You decide
The provider checks your details and, if they can help, makes you an offer or quote. You are free to say no. FinChat Hub does not decide on applications and does not guarantee approval, a policy, funding or investment returns.

Changing your mind
To stop optional updates, or to withdraw your consent for an enquiry, email info@finchathub.com. When you withdraw consent, we close the enquiry and tell the provider to stop contacting you about it.
